Merchandiser (Riyadh, KSA)

• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, performing inventory reports, and ensuring products are available at the right time and in the correct quantities.
• Sales and Profit Analysis: Analyzing sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends to forecast sales and profit, while identifying and acting on slow-moving items.
• Merchandising and Display: Creating and implementing visually appealing product displays and store layouts to attract customers and boost sales. This includes using computer software to create layout plans called planograms.
• Strategy Development: Planning merchandising strategies, forecasting sales, and setting sales targets to optimize the profitability of a product area.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as buyers, analysts, suppliers, and store staff, to coordinate product ranges, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Key skills and qualifications

• Strong analytical and forecasting skills to interpret sales data and trends.
• Knowledge of retail operations, customer behavior, and visual merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with relevant software for handling sales statistics and creating spreadsheets.
• Willing to work in Riyadh, KSA
