Site Acquisition and Permitting Officer

- Prepare and submit Letter of Intent to proposed sites;
- Process and secure access permits for site surveys and site implementation;
- Present and secure approval for the proposed implementation plan to the building administrator/ engineering/ owner;
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and the property owners;
- Negotiate the commercial terms with the property owners and assure that rates are within the client's approved matrix;
- Secure all the necessary documents required such as Installation Plan, MOC and NTP (approved by client and property owner) and property documents;
- Ensure that works are completed on time, SAQ costs are within budget and accepted quality metrics;
- Participate in the department meetings, provides daily and weekly progress reports;
- Utilizes approved forms and SAQ management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness;
