We are looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate is someone who can handle confidential information, manage schedules, and assist with business coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases using Google Workspace
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes or follow-up action points
  • Monitor basic business expenses, reimbursements, and assist with simple accounting and tax-related documentation
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers
  • Perform other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Excel formulas
  • Familiar with basic business accounting concepts and tax procedures
  • Responsive and easily reachable during work hours

  • Can drive and has a valid driver's license
  • Has beginner coding or automation skills (e.g., Google AppScript, low-code tools, short scripts)
