The Retail Supervisor (RS) is in charge of monitoring and improving the sales of assigned stores. This person leads a team of Product Masters and helps them reach their sales goals. The RS also checks the team's work, makes sure company rules are followed, and looks for ways to grow the business in malls.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide a team of Product Masters in different stores
  • Help the team reach their monthly sales goals
  • Keep the team motivated and disciplined
  • Plan ways to improve sales and team performance
  • Check daily sales and create reports for management
  • Visit stores regularly to support and check on the team
  • Monitor attendance and daily activities of Product Masters
  • Change sales plans as needed to meet goals
  • Look for good locations inside malls to expand product distribution
  • Work with supervisors and managers to handle sales promotions, freebies, targets, and updates
  • Do other tasks given by managers from time to time

Qualifications

  • College graduate in any course
  • At least 2 years of experience in the mobile phone industry
  • Has experience leading a sales team or working as a supervisor
  • Knows the retail market and customers in the assigned area
  • Must be confident, hardworking, and goal-oriented
  • Knows how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Preferably someone familiar with mobile phone sales in different areas
  • Willing to be assigned in Masbate City
