Role Summary

The Sales Area Supervisor (Visayas Area) is responsible for overseeing multiple Vans retail stores within the Visayas region. This role ensures that sales targets are achieved, store operations run smoothly, and teams are motivated to perform at their best. Success in this position means hitting or exceeding sales goals, building strong and motivated teams, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving the Vans culture in every store. This role is vital in bridging store operations with corporate goals, making sure that Vans' brand values and business objectives are executed consistently across the Visayas area.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Vans retail stores within the Visayas area.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved and exceeded.
  • Monitor store performance, including inventory, merchandising, and staff productivity.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store teams to provide excellent customer experience and uphold Vans culture.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with head office and other departments regarding promotions, replenishments, and store concerns.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, operational updates, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Act as a leader who drives accountability, collaboration, and performance across all assigned stores.
Qualifications
  • College graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in retail or sales (apparel/footwear background is a strong advantage).
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate store teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and results-driven.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently to supervise stores across the Visayas.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
