What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and mentoring a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  2. Ensuring the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and compliant with company policies and procedures
  3. Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and driving sales
  4. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  5. Collaborating with the regional management team to implement marketing campaigns and new initiatives
  6. Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock levels
  7. Adhering to health, safety, and security protocols to create a safe environment for both employees and customers

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
