About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking driven and dedicated Retail Account - Customer Service Associates to join our team based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. As a full-time Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving inquiries efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Actively listen to customers, identify their needs, and provide accurate and timely solutions
  3. Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, and work to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  5. Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and identify areas for improvement
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  5. Proficient in using various computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
