We're Hamilton Emails - an email & retention agency working with fast-growing eCommerce brands. We build campaigns and flows that not only look great, but perform.

As we expand into 2026, we're hiring
two Klaviyo Email Designers
to support our growing client roster. You'll be working with 7–8 figure brands across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, home, and more - bringing their visual identity to life through clean, conversion-focused design.

About the Role

We're looking for designers who understand both aesthetics
and
performance. You'll take copy and strategy from our team and turn it into polished, on-brand Klaviyo emails.

This is a production + creative hybrid role. You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing emails that are visually clean, premium, and mobile-first
  • Translating brand guidelines into cohesive email layouts
  • Working with Account Managers, copywriters, and tech specialists
  • Creating simple graphics, product callouts, banners, and visual CTAs
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all emails
  • Following best practices for deliverability and conversion
  • Meeting deadlines and managing multiple brands at once

You don't need to "think like a strategist." You just need strong design instincts and the ability to execute clean, effective work consistently.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience designing Klaviyo emails (or similar ESPs)
  • Strong eye for layout, spacing, and typography
  • Comfortable designing inside Figma + Klaviyo
  • Able to work quickly without losing quality
  • Clear communicator, open to feedback
  • Bonus: Experience creating reusable modules/templates

Role Options (2 Open Positions)

1. Full-Time Designer (AEST)

  • Hours:
    5pm–1am AEST
  • Full-time only
  • Ideal for PH/Asia-based candidates or anyone happy to work AU evening hours

2. Part-Time Designer (Mexico) → Pathway to Full-Time

  • Part-time:
    12pm–4pm Mexico time
  • Full-time pathway:
    12pm–8pm Mexico time
  • Ideal for someone wanting to grow into a long-term role with us
