  • Manage the planning, design, and implementation of civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, client requirements, and budgetary constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and construction specialists, to provide innovative solutions and drive project success
  • Conduct site visits, perform technical analyses, and prepare detailed reports and documentation
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project schedules and quality
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional development
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to manage project expectations and ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • Registered Civil Engineer with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Preferably residing in Lipa City or nearby cities
