Lead multiple teams of IT engineers and resources for Fortune 100 CompaniesAct as point of contact and escalation for client managers the resources report to

Actively work with Sales Team and Clients to find opportunities to grow the engagement

Coordinates and ensures proper on-boarding and off-boarding of resources with the different client groups

Possible client on-site/onshore assignment for client engagement meetings and presentations

Prepares and presents regular operations reports to key client and internal stakeholders. The report includes financial metrics and trends, recruitment and human resource metrics, individual team performance metrics, issues, and risk management

Manages and communicates client process and policy changes and ensures that all offshore resources are in compliance with the changes.Coordinates with different client and internal groups of the organization to discuss and resolve individual issues of the different resources

Conducts performance reviews and appraisal of resources

Conducts technical interviews of candidates prior to submitting their profile for client review.Ensures that any issues or blockers encountered by the offshore team are resolved immediately and the impact to the client is minimized. Communicates such issues and risksto the client.Qualifications:Graduate of Bachelor of Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant Science course

Excellent written and oral communication skills

At least 10 years' experience in Software/Applications Development in an IT Services industry

At least 5 years' experience of leading and managing a team of 10 or more members

Experienced in creating and presenting reports

Must have strong Software/Applications Development experience and background

Project Management experience is an advantage
