Our solar system powers critical operations and integrates advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to ensure reliable and clean energy. We are looking for 2 Electrical Engineers to strengthen our energy division and ensure the smooth operation of our solar and storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service solar PV panels, cabling, and electrical connections.
  • Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS containers), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
  • Inspect, repair, and optimize inverters, UPS systems, and related electrical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor system performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to maximize uptime and system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with solar PV systems, inverters and BESS maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics, EMS, and UPS systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English required (French is a plus).
