The Senior HRO – Handling Recruitment is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that the organization attracts, selects, and hires qualified candidates in a timely and efficient manner. This role leads recruitment initiatives, coordinates with client, and provides guidance to recruitment team.

Senior HRO's Job Description

  • Leads the Hiring Team & develop and implement effective sourcing strategies;
  • Serve as the main point of contact between Operations, HR and recruitment team regarding hiring concerns;
  • Provide manpower updates to management and generate recruitment-related reports; and
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment record & monitoring hiring metrics

Senior HRO's Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or multi-site environments.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end hiring processes, HR policies, labor standards, and recruitment tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
