Qualifications:

  • At least
    5 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience as a people manager
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Willing to travel within the South Luzon area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet sales targets and service levels
  • Implement activity management and ensure complete logistical support for the team
  • Drive referral and sales performance through strong branch partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with bank area leaders and key personnel
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and market conduct guidelines
  • Identify training and communication needs for both Sales Executives and branch staff
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend required meetings and trainings
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
