Job Description

Talent Fulfillment
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting to support the company's direct hiring needs in the Philippines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, managers, and team leads to support ongoing talent requirements.
  • Create and refine job postings in collaboration with leadership.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Jobstreet, professional networks, referrals, and passive outreach.
  • Conduct competency-based behavioral interviews to assess organizational and job fit.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists; coordinate interviews, and offer discussions.
  • Draft and endorse final employment offers to HR.
  • Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Help optimize and maintain our ATS to generate useful recruitment metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Comfortable working Hybrid
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to assess candidates for cultural and competency fit.
  • Strong sourcing capability across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.).
  • Ability to manage 10–15+ requisitions concurrently.
  • Experience building talent pipelines quickly for multiple roles.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working with minimal instruction.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Maintains a personal database of potential candidates.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 10 PM - 7 AM Manila Time

Work Setup

  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 30 mbps)
