Pharmacist - BGC

The Pharmacist at The Aivee Group plays a vital role in ensuring safe, accurate, and effective pharmaceutical care in a premium dermatological and aesthetic setting. This position is responsible for dispensing prescription medications, counseling patients on proper medication use, and supporting skincare routines in collaboration with our medical and operations teams. The role also involves monitoring patient outcomes, managing pharmacy inventory, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and clinic-specific standards.

I. Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and clinical standards.
• Provide comprehensive medication counseling, educating patients on proper medication use, dosage, administration, side effects, and skincare routines.
• Work closely with dermatologists and clinic staff to develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient's medical and skincare needs.
• Monitor patient progress, assess treatment outcomes, and provide recommendations for medication adjustments when necessary to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Conduct MTM services, including medication reviews, drug interaction assessments, and adherence evaluations to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of pharmaceutical services and patient interactions in accordance with clinic policies.
• Ensure full compliance with local pharmacy laws, DOH, FDA, and other governing regulations related to pharmaceutical practices.
• Oversee medication and supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and managing expiration dates to ensure availability and proper storage.
• Address patient concerns and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication to ensure a positive clinic experience.
• Perform additional tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Pharmacy or clinic management to support pharmacy operations and overall clinic performance.

II. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Prior experience in clinical, hospital, or retail pharmacy settings preferred.
• Valid and active license to practice pharmacy in the Philippines.
• Familiarity or interest in dermatology and aesthetic medicine is a plus
• Solid knowledge of pharmacology and medication management
• Strong attention to detail with accurate dispensing and documentation
• Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and able to work efficiently in a dynamic clinic environment
• Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Fluent in both English and Filipino, written and spoken
• Willing to work full-time with occasional weekend shifts
• Comfortable working in a clinical setting with exposure to dermatological treatments
