What you'll be doing (training provided):

  1. Monitor and assess drug safety / adverse event reports (ICSRs).
  2. Perform case processing: intake, triage, follow-up, and documentation.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (local/international) during safety reporting.
  4. Assist in preparing safety reports for regulatory authorities.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of safety-related activities; ensure data quality.
  6. Possibly help in research-oriented tasks: literature review, identifying safety signals under supervision.

What we're looking for

  • Open to Philippine Registered Nurses and Pharmacists ONLY
  • Active PHRN licensed (non-NCLEX passer)
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience (clinical or BPO)
  • Able to work in McKinley, Taguig City (pure onsite)
