The Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimising and maintaining our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with the company's business objectives. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Administering and configuring the Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Developing and implementing custom workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance user experience and data visibility.
  • Providing ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring efficient adoption and utilization of the platform.
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Salesforce system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Salesforce-based solutions that drive business performance.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and processes to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of the Salesforce environment.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proven proficiency in configuring and customising the Salesforce platform, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support Salesforce users.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security, user management, and data integration concepts.
  • Certification in Salesforce Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
