About the Role

This is a full-time role for a
Business Development Manager
based in Cebu. The position will be tasked to develop business and strengthen market visibility including management of customer accounts, foster and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable products and services solutions.  It also involves tracking and analyzing account metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, preparing and analyzing reports on account status, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in business development focused in industrial chemical distribution industry in Biofuel, Lubricants, Metalworking Fluids, Water Treatment and Mining.
  • Strong background in channel development in the Visayas and Mindanao region.
  • Extensive background in business development management
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and adept in analyzing reports;
  • Collaborative working approach with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders;
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering. Any other engineering field may be considered
