Position: TikTok Affiliate Outreach & Marketing Specialist

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Location: Remote

Salary Range: USD 1500 – 1700/month (based on experience)

Overview of the Position:

We are seeking a full-time TikTok Specialist experienced in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, and TikTok Shop strategy. The role involves driving brand visibility and sales through innovative TikTok campaigns, collaborating with influencers, and optimizing TikTok Shop listings. Expertise in creating engaging, platform-appropriate content and leveraging data insights to refine strategies is essential. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong understanding of TikTok trends, audience engagement, and e-commerce integration.

We currently have over 170k followers on TikTok and have amassed over 10 million likes.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Affiliate Marketing Coordination

Develop and manage a TikTok affiliate program, including recruiting and onboarding affiliate partners to effectively promote products on TikTok Shop.Monitor affiliate performance metrics and optimize messaging and campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.

Influencer Outreach

Identify, engage, and build relationships with TikTok influencers aligned with brand goals and target demographics.Negotiate partnerships and track influencer-generated content for quality and compliance with brand standards.

TikTok Shop Strategy & Management

Oversee TikTok Shop setup, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and inventory management.Develop promotional campaigns within the TikTok Shop ecosystem to increase sales and customer engagement.

Content Creation and Curation

Collaborate with creatives to design engaging TikTok videos tailored to trending formats and affiliate marketing campaigns.Analyze audience preferences to guide the creation of viral and high-converting content.

Administrative and Store Management

Handle administrative tasks, such as ensuring compliance with TikTok Shop policies, resolving customer inquiries, and processing returns.Maintain accurate records of product performance, sales data, and campaign insights.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for campaigns and store activity, using insights to inform future strategies.Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

2-4 Years TikTok Shop and Affiliate Marketing Expertise

Demonstrated experience managing TikTok Shop operations and implementing successful affiliate marketing campaigns.

Proficiency with Outreach Tools

Hands-on experience with tools like or similar platforms for efficient influencer outreach and campaign management.

Strong English Communication Skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear collaboration with stakeholders and influencers.

Copywriting Skills for TikTok Shop Listings

Ability to craft compelling and optimized product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales on TikTok Shop.

Proven Success in Revenue Generation

A track record of achieving significant results, such as contributing to TikTok Shop campaigns with $1M+ in revenue.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking

Skilled in interpreting data and trends to inform strategies and continually improve performance in TikTok campaigns.
