Sales and Lead Generation Specialist

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or hard-selling in a BPO company
handling US/UK/AU-based accounts.
● Experience in making expired listing and FSBO (For Sale By Owner) calls is a
massive plus.
● Proven sales experience/strong sales acumen is highly preferred, with a track
record of overcoming objections and achieving sales targets.
● Real Estate Wholesale Cold calling experience is a significant advantage.
● Must have experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft
Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Podio.
● Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong
negotiation and persuasion abilities.
● Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
● Proficient in using productivity tools and software.
𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Main Computer Processor: at least i3 8th gen or i5 6th gen (quad-core) or higher
• Back-up Computer Processor: at least dual-core or higher
• Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB (for both primary and back-up computers)
• Computer Operating System: Windows bit) is now acceptable at the time of application.
• Upgrade to Windows bit) is required within 45 days of client hire.
