Job Description

As a
Business Intelligence Analyst,
you'll design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights. Your work will empower teams to make data-driven decisions and improve business efficiency across global operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Power BI development and advanced DAX/Power Query
  • Strong experience with
    relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and writing complex SQL queries
  • Solid understanding of
    data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake Schema, Normalization, etc.)
  • Experience with Power BI Gateway, Dataflows, and Power BI REST API
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms
    (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, etc.)
  • Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and deployment automation
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field

Your Daily Tasks

  • Design and develop complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports
  • Develop data models using DAX and Power Query (M) for efficient performance
  • Build and optimize data pipelines from various sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, cloud)
  • Manage dataset refresh schedules, row-level security (RLS), and workspace governance
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects on data warehousing and transformation
  • Conduct performance tuning of reports and models
  • Implement CI/CD practices for Power BI deployment where applicable
  • Document technical design and support issue resolution
