As a
Business Intelligence Analyst,
you'll create, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models that turn complex information into clear, actionable insights. Your contributions will guide operational teams across multiple sectors and support data-driven decisions that elevate efficiency and performance.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of hands-on Power BI development
  with advanced
  DAX
  and
  Power Query
• Strong SQL scripting skills
  with experience writing complex queries across relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Solid understanding of
  data modeling
  (Star/Snowflake Schema, Normalization)
• Experience using
  Power BI Gateway
  , Dataflows, and the Power BI REST API
• Familiarity with Azure data services (Synapse, Data Lake, etc.)
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and deployment automation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field

Your Daily Tasks

• Design and develop complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports
• Develop data models using DAX and Power Query (M) for efficient performance
• Build and optimize data pipelines from various sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, cloud)
• Manage dataset refresh schedules, row-level security (RLS), and workspace governance
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects on data warehousing and transformation
• Conduct performance tuning of reports and models
• Implement CI/CD practices for Power BI deployment where applicable
• Document technical design and support issue resolution
