You will be key in delivering insights and analytics to strengthen the operational health of the business units supported. You will collaborate with the team to streamline existing processes and identify operational improvement areas.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Deliver data analytics functions that include data gathering and processing, report and dashboard building, and data analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with different people in the organization; participate in business reviews, strategic planning, etc.
  • Recommend and negotiate solutions and timelines with stakeholders and get their commitment to any deliverable.
  • Uncover different opportunities for process improvement and plan the timelines up to execution.
  • Develop and document processes to improve and efficiently utilize current tools and resources while ensuring compliance.
  • Contribute to team playing, creative thinking, and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently process data, generate accurate, high-quality reports, and present results and findings. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You're interpersonally savvy and can collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business forecasting, analytics, and business partnering.
  • Meticulous and well-versed in forecasting, trend modeling, and analytical tools, and can manage tight deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data with multiple inputs and synthesize the data.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Macros.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge in Power BI and CRM is a plus.
