We're looking for an enthusiastic and versatile professional who can skillfully drive outbound appointment setting and provide comprehensive support for marketing and administrative tasks. You'll directly support an innovative, high-performing New Zealand-based IT and cybersecurity firm renowned for empowering businesses with robust digital security solutions and proactive IT management.
What You'll Do:
You'll be the kind of person who:
Outbound Sales and Appointment Setting:
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential business clients.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
Utilize provided scripts and conversational techniques to build rapport and clearly articulate the client's value proposition. - Leverage existing high-quality content to engage leads and secure meaningful meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and client information in CRM systems.
Virtual Marketing Support:
- Assist with content distribution: transcribe, edit, format, and upload videos, blogs, and social media posts.
- Manage regular postings to LinkedIn, Facebook, and company websites.
- Monitor and engage with social media interactions, inquiries, and comments.
- Support event coordination, including client invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and other general marketing administration tasks.
Administrative Support:
- Follow-up on outstanding quotes, proposals, and client communications.
- Provide administrative assistance to streamline business operations.
What You Bring:
We're looking for someone who:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
- Comfortable and effective in making both cold and warm calls.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (GlassHive or similar).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or related technology fields.
- Proven track record in appointment setting and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to generate creative solutions and effectively handle objections.
