Job Description

Represent the cargo services division as the focal point for all activities and queries from customers

Ensure safety and security standards are followed.

Notify authorities when SOPs involving hazardous materials or goods are not followed.

Organise cargo warehouse operations based on warehousing situations.

Pass on shipping requirements for different types of cargoes to team members and customers.

Prepare schedules and assign tasks to team members for hazardous materials incidents.

Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.

Provide on-the-job training to enhance skills sets of team members.

Resolve cargo warehouse operations quality issues.

Oversee and evaluate drop tests for wet cargo shipments.

Conduct manpower planning for daily operations, ensuring sufficient resources to handle current operations.

Serve as a company representative for airlines at Cargo Terminal Operators (CTO).

Address issues related to cargo handling, security, and safety.

Handle requirement for dangerous or controlled goods and ensure to have proper export controlled permits, licenses and etc by AWB level.

Interact with customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues related to cargo shipments.

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Cargo Terminal Operators (CTO) and other third-party service providers.

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including acceptance, handling, and loading/unloading of cargo onto aircraft.

Monitor third-party service providers and contractors to ensure adherence to safety and security standards set by airlines.

Manage safety and security risks associated with cargo operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Manage return of parcel on time and in full from all driver/ rider

Responsible for driver route planning to meet performance and leadtime required

Validation of failed attempt parcels through call receiver

Troubleshoot and solve issues faced by delivery partners and merchants.
