About iSON Tower

We provide tower sharing services to mobile operators through our in-house integrated design and engineering, procurement, construction and project management skills in the Telecom domain. Along with tower sharing services to MNOs through Build-to-Suit (BTS) towers and Buy-and-Lease-Back (BLB) of tower assets, we also undertake long term annuity contracts such as Managed Services for Mobile Network Operators. Long Term contracts with MNOs allows us to focus on long term benefits, process re-engineering and thereby, add value to our clients and achieve optimum utilization of telecom resources.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Must have experience in telecom industry/power operations.
  • Must be willing to travel and be available for field support when required.
  • Must have own laptop and be ready to join immediately or within 2 weeks

Job Responsibilities & Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. E100% Uptime Management

  • Regularly monitor and update site status via RMS.
  • Provide quick response and clearance for critical/service-affecting alarms.
  • Monitor scheduled power outages and interruptions coordinated by Cooperative

2. Energy Management

  • Coordinate and support power team to ensure timely collection of SOAs and follow-up on payments.
  • Ensure timely fuel refilling at all designated sites.
  • Verify and correct any discrepancies in SOAs.

3. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM)

  • Ensure monthly PM activities for all electrical equipment and maintain site hygiene.
  • Resolve minor/non-service affecting faults within 48 hours.
  • Ensure immediate rectification of major/service-affecting faults.

4. Miscellaneous Support Tasks

  • File blotter/FIR in case of theft or vandalism.
  • Support SAQ (Site Acquisition) team on daily operational concerns.
  • Support RMS/DG integration and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
