About the Role

We are looking for a Project Controller – Telecom Equipment to join our telecom construction team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of telecom projects by monitoring costs, schedules, and equipment usage, while ensuring compliance with standards and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts.
  • Track procurement, delivery, and installation of telecom equipment (e.g., towers, antennas, radios, cabling, power systems).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely equipment availability.
  • Support project scheduling and monitor progress vs. planned milestones.
  • Prepare and consolidate project reports for management and clients.
  • Validate vendor invoices, subcontractor billings, and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Maintain project documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Identify risks and delays, propose corrective actions, and support change management processes.
  • Act as a central point of coordination among project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in project control, preferably in telecom or construction industries.
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with telecom construction equipment and processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in telecom network rollout projects (mobile, fiber, or tower construction).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
