Job Description:

  • Obtain information from the sales team, clients, or designated persons for processing and completing an insurance policy issuance.
  • Process new applications, renewals, and modifications to existing cases. Obtain and verify the accuracy and completeness of information on claims forms, applications and related documents, and company records.
  • Coordinate/request policy issuance and monitor delivery within the agreed timeline.
  • Answer all email or call inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining a cheerful attitude in addressing customer or sales team needs
  • Clerical works (policy issuance, policy printing, etc.)
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly Reports
  • Assist credit and collections in reconciling or collecting outstanding premiums due from assigned clients, agencies, and agents.
  • Document and Payment Pick-up and Delivery
  • Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and keep senior staff informed of any issues and escalations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request.

  • With effective communication skills
  • Can build good interpersonal relationships and can effectively communicate with clients and partners.
  • Organized and should be keen on details
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business, accountancy, or any related field.
  • Fresh college graduates who have yet to gain work experience, but who show strong potential, are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably have work experience in insurance, automotive, banking, or financing companies.
  • Willing to do field work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
