Job Openings – RCM Healthcare Account (Taguig | Onsite | ASAP Start)
1. TRAINER
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training for new hires and upskilling sessions.
- Manage multiple batches, adjust to varied learning styles.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or higher (medical billing/healthcare admin certification preferred).
- 3–5 years in US medical billing; 1–2 years in a training or mentoring role.
- Strong understanding of RCM and call center operations.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and LMS platforms.
Salary: PHP 40,000 – 45,000 (All-in, depending on experience)
Location: Taguig (Onsite)
Schedule: Shifting schedule (may include weekends and holidays)
Start Date: ASAP
2. TEAM LEADER
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team handling US medical billing tasks.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or higher (certifications in medical billing/healthcare administration advantageous).
- 3–5 years in US medical billing; 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of RCM processes: charge entry, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-up.
- Experience in a call center environment handling billing inquiries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and proficiency in billing software and MS Office tools.
Salary: PHP 50,000 – 55,000 (All-in, depending on experience)
Location: Taguig (Onsite)
Schedule: Shifting schedule (may include weekends and holidays)
Start Date: ASAP
Preference: Candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces; must be available for online or onsite assessments/interviews.
3. QUALITY ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Audit medical billing transactions and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze error trends, provide feedback, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or higher (certification in medical billing or compliance is a plus).
- 3–5 years in US medical billing; 1–2 years in a QA or auditing role.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, and payer-specific rules.
- Call center experience with familiarity in quality metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
- Proficient in MS Excel, audit tools, and billing platforms.
Salary: PHP 35,000 – 40,000 (All-in, depending on experience)
Location: Taguig (Onsite)
Schedule: Shifting schedule (may include weekends and holidays)
Start Date: ASAP
