Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and engaging Process Trainer to lead training initiatives for our RCM / medical billing teams in a US healthcare call center. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medical billing processes and a passion for developing talent through structured training programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff across RCM functions (charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, patient/provider calls).
  • Conduct process-specific training sessions, refresher courses, and upskilling workshops.
  • Develop training materials, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning modules tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor trainee performance during and post-training and provide feedback to operations and quality teams.
  • Collaborate with QA and operations to identify training needs based on audit findings and performance gaps.
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, and certification data.
  • Stay updated on changes in US healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and billing software.
  • Support client on-boarding and process transitions by facilitating knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school graduate and above; certification in medical billing or healthcare administration preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a training or mentoring role.
  • Strong understanding of RCM workflows and call center operations.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
