Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and engaging Process Trainer to lead training initiatives for our RCM / medical billing teams in a US healthcare call center. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medical billing processes and a passion for developing talent through structured training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff across RCM functions (charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, patient/provider calls).
- Conduct process-specific training sessions, refresher courses, and upskilling workshops.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning modules tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor trainee performance during and post-training and provide feedback to operations and quality teams.
- Collaborate with QA and operations to identify training needs based on audit findings and performance gaps.
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, and certification data.
- Stay updated on changes in US healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and billing software.
- Support client on-boarding and process transitions by facilitating knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school graduate and above; certification in medical billing or healthcare administration preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a training or mentoring role.
- Strong understanding of RCM workflows and call center operations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
