TECHNICAL DELIVERY MANAGER

Location: Full Onsite – Makati/Ortigas/ BGC

Employment Type: Project-Based

Job Summary:

  • The Delivery Manager acts as the project manager for project activities within ITG scope using Agile or waterfall methodology to manage the projects and ensure timely end-to end project delivery. Directs development of the continuous delivery pipeline to improve delivery speed, quality and effort. Delivery Managers can be assigned to any projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives
  • Provide clear status reports and updates to stakeholders and clients

Qualifications:

  • 8- 10 years of proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management and delivery across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, compliance, and contract management.
  • Solid background in software development projects delivery
  • Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendor management.
  • Preferably with PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications (not mandatory but an advantage)
