Job Overview:

This role provides the quantitative evidence that validates our entire strategic direction. The Analyst's work ensures that every feature deployed and every market initiative is accurately measured, feeding the continuous loop of agile iteration, rapid decision-making, and growth.

The Mandate:

You are the chief quantifier and truth-teller. Your mission is to provide the critical, granular insights necessary to track performance, measure feature effectiveness, and allow the leadership team to make data-driven decisions at lightning speed in a high-pressure environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year of dedicated professional experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
  • Proven ability to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets and create compelling reports using modern BI tools. Strong analytical fundamentals and practical expertise in sales, marketing, or operational analytics is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Reporting & Tracking: Monitor and report on core Venture-Level KPIs (e.g., Conversion Rates, Churn, Platform Utilization, Customer Lifetime Value) for executive and internal reviews on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis for Velocity: Conduct rapid-response deep dives to diagnose platform performance anomalies, measure the immediate impact of new feature releases, and optimize campaign ROI for the Business Development team.
  • Visualization & Communication: Prepare compelling data visualizations and assist the Analytics
  • Lead in creating and maintaining data visualizations for both internal reports and high-stakes client presentations.
