LeapFrogger (LF)
client accounts and reporting requirements, while also contributing to LeapOut's internal reporting standards and best practices.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Data & Reporting Analyst
is responsible for the
end-to-end production of client reports
—ensuring accuracy, consistency, clarity, and on-time delivery.

This role is less about deep data science and more about
operational excellence in reporting
. You will work closely with account, media, and project teams to consolidate data, standardize outputs, and produce reports that clients trust and rely on.

The ideal candidate is

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Reporting Production

• Prepare
  regular client reports
  (weekly, monthly, quarterly) based on agreed templates and schedules
• Consolidate data from multiple platforms into clear, structured reports
• Ensure all figures, charts, and summaries are accurate and validated before release
• Maintain version control and reporting logs

Dashboard & Template Management

• Maintain and update standard reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Sheets)
• Apply consistent formatting, naming conventions, and metric definitions
• Update dashboards to reflect changes in scope, metrics, or client needs
• Ensure reports remain easy to read and client-friendly

Data Coordination & Quality Control

• Coordinate with media, account, and project teams to gather required inputs
• Perform quality checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Flag discrepancies, missing data, or anomalies before reports are sent
• Ensure reporting aligns with agreed KPIs and client expectations

Client & Internal Support

• Support the Project Lead and account teams with reporting needs and clarifications
• Respond to client or internal questions related to reports in a clear, professional manner
• Assist in preparing summary views or highlights for client discussions

Reporting Discipline & Improvement

• Ensure all reports are delivered
  on time and in line with agreed schedules
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual work
• Support the standardization of reporting across LeapFrogger and LeapOut accounts
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes and templates

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, IT, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience
  in reporting, analytics, or operations roles
• Experience producing client-facing reports in an agency or consulting environment is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau (or similar)
• Google Sheets / Excel (advanced level)
• Experience working with digital marketing or media data is a plus
