Role Overview

The Data Analyst transforms data into actionable insights to support business decisions. This role collects, analyzes, and visualizes data, identifies trends and patterns, and provides recommendations to optimize processes, performance, and strategy. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics.
  • Track trends and performance over time to support operational and strategic decisions.

2. Root Cause & Trend Analysis

  • Identify drivers behind performance trends, anomalies, and business challenges.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on insights from data analysis.

3. Predictive & Monitoring Support

  • Assist in creating predictive models, scoring, or early warning systems where applicable.
  • Support integration of analytics into business processes and tools.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across the organization to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ensure insights are implemented and monitor their impact over time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision support.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data quality.
