About the role

ALEBA INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Eastwood Quezon City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing product information and assisting customers with order processing, returns and other support requests
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
