About the Role
We're hiring a proactive, people-oriented team member to be our front desk "go-to." You'll welcome clients and guests, handle day-to-day admin tasks, and help keep office operations running smoothly. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy supporting customers, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and walk-in visitors
- Answer calls, handle inquiries, and respond to emails professionally
- Assist virtual office clients with inquiries and the use of office facilities
Office Admin & Operations Support
- Log, receive, and release mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Prepare and issue Service Invoices (training provided)
- Maintain accurate records and support documentation
- Follow company procedures to support daily office operations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Reliable and punctual with a good attendance record
- Comfortable using email, basic spreadsheets, and office tools (preferred)
