Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Aesthetic Nurse / Aesthetic Therapist / Treatment Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver non-surgical facial and body treatments, ensuring a safe, pleasant, and luxurious experience for every client.


Key Responsibilities
For Aestheticians / Nurses:
  • Perform aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to: laser treatments, slimming procedures, facials, microneedling, Ultherma, and other skin/body therapies.
  • Assist in skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to the client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and before/after documentation.
  • Educate clients about aftercare, treatment options, and product usage.
  • Monitor and ensure treatment room cleanliness and proper sterilization of equipment.
  • Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Support clinic events, promotions, and content creation when needed.
For Front Desk Associates:
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional check-in/check-out experience.
  • Manage the clinic's appointment scheduling system, ensuring efficient flow and minimal wait times.
  • Handle calls, inquiries, and online messages with excellent customer service and follow-through.
  • Process payments, invoices, and receipts accurately and responsibly.
  • Coordinate daily operational needs between the nurse/aesthetic team and management.
  • Maintain a presentable and organized reception area at all times.
  • Assist in inventory tracking, supply requests, and documentation.
  • Support the clinic in promotions, announcements, client reminders, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure that all client concerns are acknowledged and endorsed properly to the right team member.

Qualifications
For Nurses:
  • Must be a Licensed Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
  • Prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic is a strong advantage.
For Aestheticians / Non-Nurses:
  • Completion of relevant aesthetic, skincare, or facial therapy training/certification.
  • Proven experience in delivering facials, slimming treatments, laser procedures, or related services is preferred.
For Front Desk Associates:
  • Completion of at least 2 years of college, preferably in hospitality, business, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in a clinic, spa, aesthetic center, or customer service role is a strong advantage.
  • Must be fluent in English and Filipino with excellent phone etiquette and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, scheduling systems, and handling transactions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high-volume inquiries both online and onsite.
  • Presentable, confident, and able to create a welcoming environment for clients.
General Requirements (Applicable to All Positions):
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Presentable, warm, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work onsite at our BGC clinic on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and client care.
