Qualifications and Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.

  2. Develops a strong knowledge of the clinic's facilities and services and of the surrounding community.

  3. Serves as the customer's liaison for both clinic and non-clinic services. Functions as an extension of management. Assists the customers regardless of whether inquiries concern in-clinic or off-premises services.

  4. Organizes special functions such as VIP cocktail receptions. Good through knowledge of the clinic management software (CMS).

  5. Responds to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of branch operations as well as doctors' and specialists' availabilities.

  6. Answers telephone calls and retrieves messages.

  7. Registers VIP guests by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information. Promotes our clinic marketing programs.

  8. Responds to customer complaints, conducts research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiates results. Listens and assists in resolving problems such as price conflicts, etc. Remains calm and alert especially during emergency situations and heavy clinic activity.

  9. Ensures that all necessary equipment are maintained properly with sufficient stocks for day to day operations.

  10. Ensures that all sections are properly staffed at all times.

  11. Ensures that customer records are accurately maintained and all special requests are met.

  12. Accompany VIP customers as required at all times.

  13. Performs any other related tasks assigned by his superiors
