We are looking for a customer-oriented order processing agent at our Parañaque office. This is an on-the-site opening, so no need to worry about having a home office, internet, or your own computer. We are open to any employee with or without prior experience. We want someone who is motivated to work hard and smart, with the potential of advancement within our company

Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers

  • Recommend process improvements
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Strong communication skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
