About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Officer to join our growing team at We Hope Medical Clinic' in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Supply Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of essential medical supplies and equipment to support the daily operations of our healthcare facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Forecasting and planning the procurement of medical supplies and equipment to ensure timely availability and optimal inventory levels
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and terms
  • Coordinating with various clinic officers and units to understand their supply requirements and managing the distribution of materials
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, orders, and deliveries
  • Implementing and monitoring inventory control systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Identifying and resolving any supply chain issues or disruptions in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the logistics team to optimise transportation and storage of supplies
  • Preparing reports and analysing data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve supply chain challenges
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector
