Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to schedules.
  • Oversee patient scheduling, billing, inventory, and documentation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Team & Staff Management

  • Supervise, train, and support clinic staff (nurses, front desk, assistants).
  • Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented team culture.

Patient Experience

  • Ensure excellent patient service standards from consultation to follow-up.
  • Handle patient concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support the doctor in ensuring quality of care and operational efficiency.

Business & Growth Support

  • Monitor clinic performance, expenses, and revenue goals.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, promotions, and patient engagement programs.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to the doctor/owner.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, aesthetic, or hospitality management.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of medical/aesthetic clinic operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with EMR/clinic software is a plus.
