We are seeking a reliable and articulate Client Service & Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and prospective leads. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, address inquiries, process leads through our internal systems, and ensure every interaction delivers a seamless, professional experience. The right candidate will be tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and comfortable working flexible or rotating schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Follow structured scripts while accurately logging detailed information in the CRM.
  • Schedule jobs promptly to meet client needs, including urgent or emergency requests.
  • Adjust communication style to suit the caller's tone, mood, and situation.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with geographic references and postcode formats for authentic, local-sounding interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews.
Essential Skills
  • Clear spoken English with a neutral or light accent.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, call management tools, and team communication platforms.

  • Familiarity with UK and/or international postcode systems.

Technical Requirements
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
