Service Technician

We're looking for a dynamic and skilled Service Technician to join our growing team.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and possess strong
technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for providing exceptional customer
service.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing machinery
and equipment for our clients. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide both on-site
and remote support, and ensure that all work meets safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Commissioning – Set up, configure, and commission new equipment at customer
locations.
- Maintenance & Repair – Perform regular preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry
out necessary repairs.
- Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve technical problems through diagnostic tests and hands-
on repair work.
- Customer Support – Provide prompt technical assistance, address customer inquiries, and
ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation – Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance
work.
- Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, sales, and support teams to meet customer
needs.
- Quality & Safety Compliance – Ensure all services meet quality benchmarks and comply with
safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related field).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and components.
- Proven diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours, including evenings and
weekends.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols when working with machinery and equipment.
