Role Overview

We are seeking a
resourceful, adaptable, and proactive Audience Acquisition Specialist
to join our client's growing marketing team. This role goes beyond simple list management — you will act as a "Swiss Army knife" in audience growth, using critical thinking to identify and qualify new prospects, engage potential attendees, and enhance the overall event experience.

You'll play a key role in expanding our pool of show attendees by researching, updating, and engaging leads across multiple industries. This is not a call center role — while outreach is part of the work, success in this position depends on
investigative research, strategic engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights
  • Build, expand, and update prospect lists, transforming raw data into qualified attendee leads
  • Support the marketing team by reviewing and providing feedback on marketing plans
  • Engage prospective and returning attendees through direct outreach (phone and email) in a professional, consultative manner
  • Track and report attendee objections, FAQs, and feedback to help improve campaign strategies
  • Implement initiatives that enhance the onsite attendee experience, including orientation programs
  • Collaborate with brand marketing leads to create pipelines and drive event participation
  • Assist with VIP and scholarship program logistics (e.g., coordinating with travel agents, managing pre-event communications)
  • Continuously identify process improvements for research, outreach, and attendee engagement

Qualifications

  • Experience in
    lead generation, outbound sales, recruitment research, market research, or event marketing
    preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage in professional conversations
  • Strong research and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable with outbound communication (phone/email) and data tracking
  • Tech-savvy; familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, think critically, and adapt to changing needs
  • Location:
    Metro Manila candidates preferred

Working Hours

  • Fully remote (for now)
  • Night shift (aligned with U.S. time zones)
  • Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
