Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly organized and resourceful Shopify Online Store Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our thriving e-commerce store. From customer service and order processing to inventory coordination and back-office support, you will ensure our workflows run efficiently and customers receive the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social channels with accuracy and care.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly using Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Monitor and coordinate supplier shipments while ensuring accurate stock management.
  • Keep inventory data organized and updated in Google Sheets and Excel (must-have).
  • Assist with simple visual and marketing tasks in Canva (preferred).
  • Improve workflows by suggesting and implementing process enhancements.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving tools, priorities, and business needs.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • Advanced Shopify knowledge with at least 2 years of direct experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Prior experience using ChatGPT as a productivity tool.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Experience in managing shipping logistics and inventory.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ShipStation.
  • Canva design skills (basic).
  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand environment.
