About the role

Polystar General Services is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a full-time technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on various equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Providing technical support and guidance to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant certifications or training in the field of building maintenance and repair
