Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic financial advice to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities (Simplified):

  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial records.
  • Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Conduct or assist with internal and external audits.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments on financial reporting and processes.
  • Stay current with accounting standards and tax laws.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Minimum 1-year of accounting experience.
  • Knowledgeable in tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in financial analysis and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with auditing processes and financial risk management.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Work Environment:
  • Full-time position (hybrid or onsite, depending on company policy).
  • Reports to the Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
