Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Hybrid – Manila (onsite when we're in the Philippines, remote when we're abroad)
Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant who can help our leadership team stay focused on the big-picture work that moves the company forward. You'll be handling the tasks that eat up our time such as managing emails, scheduling, organizing projects, and making sure the details are taken care of so we can give more attention to strategy and growth.
This role requires a high level of trust, discretion, and confidentiality. You'll be working closely with sensitive information, so professionalism and integrity are non-negotiable.
If you're someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and can work independently without a lot of hand-holding, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do
- Manage and reply to emails on behalf of the executives
- Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Support ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Arrange travel plans and related tasks
- Handle admin tasks and communication through WhatsApp and calls
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Google Suite, and Microsoft Teams to improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience as an EA, admin assistant, or in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage emails and schedules efficiently
- Familiarity with Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite, and WhatsApp
- Tech-savvy and open to using new tools to make work easier (bonus if you've used ChatGPT before)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Confident making calls and handling communication on our behalf
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Work Setup
- Hybrid: onsite in Manila when we're here, remote when we're not
- In the future, if we set up an office, you'd need to be open to working there too
- Typical hours: around 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to workload)
- Time zone: AEST when we're in Australia, PHT when we're in the Philippines

ASAP (ideally while we're still in Manila)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
