Responsibilities
- Responsible for curing of Return-to-Sender credit cards to increase delivery rate.
- Facilitates call out to clients related to Card Services Delivery
- Regularly maintain all files to be properly labeled, arranged, classified as to document type, indexed and recorded in the database.
- Receives and encodes in Process Maker auto loan applications from the Dealer Coordinators/Sales Officers of the AL Dealer Channel.
