Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to support multiple initiatives involving ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, scripting, and integration. This role requires deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, JavaScript-based scripting, system upgrades, data management, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and optimize the platform end-to-end, ensuring reliability, performance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform ServiceNow platform administration, including system configuration, user and group management, ACLs, roles, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and other JavaScript-based objects.
  • Configure and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and platform automation tools.
  • Manage cloning operations, instance upgrades, security fixes, and patch installations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and other protocols.
  • Work on data pipelines and ETL processes using SSIS, SSRS, or equivalent tools.
  • Implement and maintain SAML/SSO and related authentication mechanisms.
  • Support Cloud Infrastructure management at a fundamentals level (compute, network, storage).
  • Ensure effective data management, leveraging the CSDM framework for data modeling and alignment.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and maintain platform stability.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator supporting enterprise-scale environments
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, particularly for ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, including system configuration, ACLs, roles, user/group management, and performance tuning
  • Skilled in API integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and related protocols
  • Experience with ETL and data pipeline tools (SSIS, SSRS, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, including the CSDM framework
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer and workflow automation within ServiceNow
  • Ability to manage platform lifecycle activities, including:
  • Instance upgrades
  • Cloning processes
  • Security fixes and patch installations
  • Fundamental understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (compute, network, storage)
  • Knowledge of SAML and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to document processes, configurations, and technical solutions clearly and accurately
